1. My expectations for this internship is to broaden my knowledge on customer interaction, being able to understand the needs and requirements of the customer and to acquire the ability to adapt to each different scenario to get the best possible outcome.

2. I believe the difference between online advertising and outdoor advertising is the platform it is on as well as the location of the advertisement. For example, there are advertisements on the TIKTOK app which is a type of online advertising as it is something you see on the internet. Outdoor advertising is something you would see as you are walking down the road for example billboards and buses. The exposure is also a difference because certain areas get more traffic than others whereas online, it will always be in your face.
